George has been involved in the tech and real estate sector for over 15 years. During this time, he has founded and cofounded 4 technology start-ups and 3 real estate companies and held several advisory and consultancy roles. George has worked with teams located in the US, Europe and Asia Pacific and has built a wealth of local knowledge within each of these locations.

George has extensive experience covering all stages of a business from start up right through to maturity. In the real estate sector, he holds a proved track record in sourcing assets, undertaking planning and financial modelling, raising capital and arranging exit strategies.
George is also highly experienced in technology including multiple development frameworks. He has worked with digital streaming, virtualisation technologies such as hypervisors and cloud servers, software engineering, cryptocurrency, blockchain and fintech start-ups and established businesses. George’s software engineering experience is in Python, Solidity, Java and PHP frameworks.

George is a highly motivated individual and entrepreneur with extensive start-up experience and is able to formulate efficient operational strategies. He has substantial knowledge in starting and operating a business and has a large network of global contacts from a diverse range of sectors and industries.

George’s work experience includes the following:
Real estate (commercial and development Assets), as a founder, project & development manager and investor, start-up founder and advisor, blockchain PoA/PoC platform advisor, fintech start-up founder, product/Service development, financial modelling and structuring, technical background in hardware and software, software engineering.

Jim is a seasoned real estate finance expert. His 25+ year career in the real estate industry included roles as CFO, COO and Asset Manager for both world-class companies with iconic assets as well as highly-respected entrepreneurial firms. These companies / firms developed and managed significant real estate assets and investments that delivered higher than anticipated returns for its owners and investors.

The asset types that Jim is involved with includes condominiums, apartment properties, commercial office buildings, retail, medical offices, parking garages, restaurants and movie theatres. These properties are primarily located in the NY metropolitan area as well as multiple central cities throughout the USA.

He holds a master’s degree in Real Estate Finance from New York University and the Certified Property Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Some of his achievements to date include:

•Preparing financial statements and reports, including Anticipated Cost Report to monitor close to $1b in development projects, TC and RPIE filings, and monthly asset management reports detailing progress.

•Streamline operations, replacing outsourced site staff with employees and increasing building value by $750k; hired inhouse professional painters saving $50k.

Dr Theo Mourouzis is a Research Fellow at the UCL Centre for Blockchain Technologies (UCL CBT) and Programme Director of the MSc in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics at the Cyprus International Institute of Management (CIIM). He is also a visiting professor at the Innopolis University(Russia Federation) and the Managing Director of Cyprus Blockchain Technologies, a non-profit organisation founded by CIIM, UCL CBT, University of NSTOsia, Oracle and major local banks and financial institutions including Hellenic Bank, Bank of Cyprus and Cooperative Bank with the aim to promote Blockchain technology . Theo is also one of the Shipping Analytics experts and is consulting at Lloyds’s Maritime Academy for developing curriculum on big data shipping analytics.

Theo received his PhD in Computer Science (with specialisation in symmetric cryptanalysis) from University College London (Information Security Group). He was a member of the UCL Information Security Group that in 2013 was awarded the 1st award in the 4-month UK Cyber Cipher Security Challenge among UK universities, organised by GCHQ and PwC. He also holds a MRes in Security Science from UCL, a MSc in Advanced Studies in Mathematics (Number Theory Group) from University of Cambridge and a BA/MA in Mathematics from University of Cambridge.

Additionally, he works also as consultant in the areas of information security, ISO27001 best practices (ISO27001 Lead Implementer certified by PECB), cryptography, Blockchain, STO crowdfunding and data analytics. He is also a participant at the ISO/TC 307 Blockchain & Distributed Ledger Technologies and Member of the Blockchain Advisory Board of EC-Council. During his career he was employed as specialist and consultant to both private and governmental organisations, including Lloyds Banking Group, Technology Strategy Board (TSB) and Centre for Defence Enterprise (CDE). He has extensive international consultancy experience and he has consulted organisations, start-ups and enterprises across many countries including Israel, United Kingdom, Canada, United States of America, Switzerland, Australia, Gibraltar, Russian Federation and United Arab Emirates.

He has created the first not-for-profit consortium in Cyprus that aims to promote and educate regarding Blockchain and Distributed-Ledger-Technologies. The consortium is funded by major banks (Bank of Cyprus, Cooperative Bank, Hellenic Bank) and has agreements with regulators (CySec). 

Dr Stelios Kampakis is an expert data scientist and statistician living and working in London with experience in multiple domains including deep learning, natural language processing, recommender systems, statistical modelling and research design. Stelios is a member of the Royal Statistical Society, and the UCL Centre for Blockchain Technologies.

Stelios has been involved in the area of data science and artificial intelligence for nearly a decade. He has experience in a diverse range of areas that includes, among other things, soft sciences such as psychology and music studies to holding a PhD in Computer Science and a BSc in Mathematics and Statistics. This experience and education has provided Stelios with a unique perspective of the world of data science.

Claudio is an Entrepreneur with experience in blockchain, AI, IoT, VR, AR and eVTOL technologies. He is also a Aeronautical Engineer. Claudio holds an MBA, MEng. & MEM. Over the last couple of years he has been working as blockchain start-up strategy advisor for different STOs around the world.

Claudio has over 16 years experience in aeronautical engineering and businesses. He has started 3 business both in Venezuela and Australia. Claudio also has experience in financial markets and is also a cryptocurrency and blockchain asset investor.

More recently Claudio has commenced working in the blockchain sector as a strategy advisor for established institutions and start-ups who are planning to build blockchain based platforms or launch STO’s.

Claudio has demonstrated and developed an eye for detail in all roles that he has held in the aviation and tech sectors. He has extensive knowledge in developing and following procedures in the areas of planning, maintenance and logistic engineering. Furthermore Claudio has experience in liaising with a variety of professionals at all levels through professional communication skills.

Irfan Parvez is a Managing Director and Member of the Board for the Carter Fleming Group - one of the world’s largest human capital solution providers and strategic advisors.

A British born business investor, he chairs the Parvez Family Foundation in support of philanthropic agendas including equality and education in the emerging markets. He is also a passionate supporter of sports for the UKA’s Grassroots initiative, with his specific focus in the North of England and Scotland’s most deprived areas, to promote health and social impact for children and teenagers.

As an early investor and entrepreneur in the digital and crypto field, he co-established a fund focussed on blockchain and has helped nurture and enrich businesses using the technology, advising on strategic, financial and commercial agendas.

Having graduated from Cambridge as an engineer, he started his career in the energy sector for various corporates during the ‘boom’ years with the likes of Schlumberger, Shell International and Vitol in a leadership capacity within strategy, principal investments and trading. Thereafter, this led to holding a role as an Executive Director with the Carter Fleming Group in 2009.

Irfan guided Carter Fleming though the financial downturn for a multibillion-dollar asset portfolio optimisation and divesture program to which, through a Management Buyout, acquired the Group’s interests in human capital and technology.

In 2013, he co-founded the firm’s principal investment division focussed on investments within the AI arena, Internet of Things, software development and in 2015, co-established the firm’s blockchain global fund. The fund focusses on conceptual value and ideas that solve pressing issues.

Irfan is a Board Advisor for some of the developed and emerging markets largest enterprises advising on strategic, human capital and technology matters. In recent years, he has worked with government entities for digital reform and initiatives that address the need to enhance human capital capability, by upskilling the workforce long-term as part of the digital age.

Adam is an attorney and entrepreneur involved in various fields related to business and real estate.

Adam also currently works as a promoter and developer in all aspects of multiple development projects from land acquisition, entitlement and build out throughout Southern California and has built multiple real estate related businesses.

As a principal and the lead broker of Gilbert Avriette Inc., Adam leads a team of 11 dedicated agents with offices in Palm Springs & Palm Desert, CA, who specialize in: residential, commercial & land acquisition sales and leasing.

As a principal of Gilbert Avriette Vacation Rentals, Inc. Adam built up and provided property management for 35 + vacation rentals throughout the Coachella Valley. Gilbert Avriette Vacation Rentals was acquired by Turnkey Vacation Rentals in June 2018. 

Adam has used his expertise to grow his practice as a real estate investor and adviser. Adam is active in real estate investments both as representative for his clients in addition to managing a personal portfolio which includes: industrial, retail and single-family assets. 

Peter comes from a consulting career spanning over 20 years within Investment Banking and Asset Management. Peter has an excellent grasp of technology, business and change management. He has worked with many large organisations including HSBC, Citi, Deutsche Bank, BNP Paribas and Threadneedle Asset Management.

Peter is an early adopter of blockchain and distributed ledger technology gaining experience in this space since 2013. He is involved in many areas of the industry including ICO’s and tokenisation, advisory & consulting, regulatory, legal & tax implications, cryptocurrency and trading, and helping shape the future of the industry through research, mentorship and participation.

Oksana is a Public Relations Manager with a vast wealth of experience in promoting Blockchain technology companies

She is currently the Head of PR at Crowdholding, which is a crowdsourcing platform for entrepreneurs. Oksana also holds roles leading community management and PR campaigns for other blockchain projects, including Beam and Blockchain Technology Hub.

Oksana Studied Public Relations, Advertising and Applied Communication at Charles University, in Prague Her greatest strengths on top of her exceptional PR and advertising skills, are her creativity, dedication, and leadership.

She is passionate about decentralised tech and P2P (peer-to-peer) communication.
